Privacy notice

Effective September 27, 2026. This notice covers the roof check request form.

What we collect

What you type into the form (name, phone, email, property address, and details about your roof), the consent you give, and technical details of the submission (date, time, IP address, browser type) so we can show when and how consent was given.

How we use it

• To match you with one roofing contractor who serves your area, and to share your request with that contractor only.
• To contact you about your request.
• To keep a record of your consent.

We do not sell your information to data brokers, and we do not share it with more than one contractor for a request.

Your choices

You can opt out of calls and texts at any time by replying STOP, or ask us to delete your request by emailing owner@northwiredata.com or calling 612-563-1884.

Retention

We keep requests for up to 24 months, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
